15 – Deadline for Off-Site Event Inquiries. Any received after this date will not be considered.

14 – CHRISTMAS SHIPPING DEADLINE! Orders placed after this date will most likely NOT arrive before Christmas.

Women's Bean Project at Your Event

If you're interested in having Women's Bean Project at your event, please fill out an OFF-SITE EVENT INQUIRY FORM and we'll be in touch. Our greatest obstacle to attending events is our need to staff it. We rely heavily on volunteers to staff our events but we cannot guarantee we'll be able to find adequate coverage for every event. Therefore, our greatest chance of attending an event is if it can be staffed for us.
