Herbed Goat Cheese & Quick Pickle Radish Tartine

Instructions
- Allow the goat cheese to come to room temperature. In a medium bowl, mix in garlic and herb spice blend until well combined. Press firmly into a lidded container. Refrigerate at least 20 minutes.
- Place radishes in a heat-proof jar. In a small saucepan, combine dill spice blend, white wine vinegar, water, and sugar. Stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the brine over the radishes and close the jar lid. Carefully swirl the mixture to ensure each radish is coated. Refrigerate at least 20 minutes.
- Cut the bread into thick slices and toast to desired color.
- Spread a generous portion of goat cheese on each slice of toast. Top with pickled radishes, bean sprouts, and fresh cracked pepper.
