Instructions

  1. Combine 1/4 cup light mayonnaise, 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice and 1 tbsp PJ’s Smoky Tomato Dip Mix.
  2. Stir well, cover and chill.
  3. Use as a spread on bagels or sandwiches, such as grilled vegetable, turkey or roast beef.
