Every year we host Ready, Set, Grow, our graduation celebration and fundraising luncheon. It’s an opportunity to celebrate the amazing women who have completed our program throughout the year. It’s also an opportunity to raise funds to support the upcoming year’s program.

At Women’s Bean Project, we hire women who are chronically unemployed into our business. The job provides transferable skills that help the women who work for us break current barriers to employment. While working with us, participants also partake in a robust program of classes and receive wrap-around support. This combination of programming and support is a key part to helping women through this transitional period of their lives.

Ready, Set, Grow provides the funds to bring our program to life for an entire year. We are grateful for the sponsors that make it possible, and all of the donors who choose to support this transformative work.
