DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS OPERATIONS – Denver, CO

Full-time, exempt position eligible for benefits.

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Director of Business Operations to oversee the daily operations and support the Production team. You will be the one to ensure that our business is well-coordinated and productive by managing its procedures and coaching its people. The area of responsibility for this role is very wide and thus requires thorough knowledge of various company processes. The ideal candidate must be competent and able to plan many kinds of operational activities. He/She/They must be an excellent leader who can discover the most efficient ways to streamline efficiencies in our social enterprise.

The goal is to safeguard and augment the efficiency of the company’s operations to facilitate accelerating development and long-term success. The right candidate will have a passion for supporting our program participants as they seek to change the trajectory of their lives through personal growth and professional skill development. They will thrive in a fast-paced and changing social enterprise and will have an open communication management style.

DIRECTOR OF PROGRAM OPERATIONS – Denver, CO

Full-time, exempt position eligible for benefits.

Women’s Bean Project is looking for a professional with a Master of Social Work degree (or related behavioral health degree) and has experience working with the low-income and ethnically diverse. The right candidate will have a passion for supporting our program participants as they seek to change the trajectory of their lives through personal growth and professional skills development. A background in trauma-informed practice, motivational interviewing and executive skill coaching is ideal to support our participants in program completion and long-term goal attainment and stability.

This individual will demonstrate leadership in achieving the Bean Project mission by setting a positive example, seeking innovation and thinking opportunistically. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and changing work environment. They will have an open communication management style and will be dedicated to helping women move out of poverty and into employment. This position reports to the CEO and manages a Program Manager and several MSW interns.

ACCOUNTING CLERK – Denver, CO

Full-time, exempt position eligible for benefits.

Job Summary: Grab this rare and great opportunity to become part of the Women’s Bean Project administrative staff as our new accounting clerk. If you enjoy a team-oriented environment and have a heart to serve the community, you will find this a great fit. We will be moving to our new, bigger location next spring and so this is an exciting time to join the team.

The primary job function of the Accounting Clerk is to provide assistance to the Controller/CFO in the day-to-day accounting functions. This person will have high attention to detail, organized, have excellent clerical abilities, and be willing to do the rote daily accounting tasks.
