OUR HIRING PROCESS

We hire participants in cohorts and accept applications year-round. The first step is to complete an application. The next step is a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview. This program is for women who are committed to sobriety, open to learning, and ready to work on themselves. Reliability, accountability, and active goal-setting are essential, as participants are expected to take meaningful steps toward long-term success.
