An allergen-free alternative to our classic Golden Cornbread Mix, the Bean Project’s Gluten-Free Cornbread Mix makes gorgeous Southern-style cornbread that is just as moist and soft as the original. Makes approximately 16 slices in 9” x 9” pan. Does not share equipment with wheat products. INGREDIENTS: yellow cornmeal, brown rice flour, potato starch sugar, tapioca starch, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, bicarbonate soda, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), salt.
