Wholesaler Ordering and Marketing Materials


 Can I order Wholesale online/ How do I retrieve my wholesaler login?

Yes! If you do not know your wholesaler login, please email salessupport@womensbeanproject.com and we can retrieve that information for you. Your customer ID is your username. Wholesalers may use Purchase Orders or pay with a credit card online.

 Do I have to order in case sizes?

Yes, we ask all of our wholesalers to order in case quantities. All cases sizes are 10 units per case with the exception of our Instant Meal Rice and Beans Cups which come with 12 units per case. If you’d like any amount under a case, you must order from a separate retail account and pay retail pricing.

 How quickly can I receive Women’s Bean products?

For the holiday season, wholesale orders take 5-8 business days to process and 5-8 business days to ship, depending on where you are located. The last day to order to ensure delivery by Christmas is December 4th. Read our full shipping policy.

 How can I track my package?

Once your order is processed and shipped in our system, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. The automated email tracking information is only sent for orders submitted through our online system. If you ordered over the phone or email, please email salessupport@womensbeanproject.com for tracking information.

We use multiple shipping carriers depending on the shipping method chosen and destination. We use UPS, FedEx and USPS. When you receive your shipping confirmation email, you can click on the link and it will take you to the carrier and tracking information directly.

 Why doesn’t the invoice come in the shipment?

Because of the way our system fulfills orders, we can only include a pack slip in the shipment and then we mail out invoices after the order ships. However, sometimes there can be a lapse between receiving the actual shipment and receiving the invoice via mail we are happy to email you invoices.  What should I enter for the PO number when ordering online?

The PO number is for your tracking purposes only. If you do not use PO numbers, you can use the date (MM/DD/YYYY) as the PO number.

 When do you stop shipping espresso beans?

We stop shipping espresso beans starting around mid May through October. Shipping cutoff’s are totally weather dependent. When ordering espresso beans, you are assuming the liability of melted beans–we cannot issue any refunds for melted espresso beans.
