Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, and spice blend until well blended.
  3. Dress the almonds until fully covered, and spread on a large baking tray.
  4. Roast the almonds in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
  5. Cool almonds completely before serving.
