- Add shrimp, olive oil, lime juice and spice packet to a large container. Mix together.
- Store in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and up to 3 hours to marinade.
- Once marinaded, grill or saute shrimp in a frying pan until cooked.
- While the shrimp is marinading in the fridge, chop the tomato, avocado, cabbage and jalapeño, if you’re using one. Set aside.
- Then, prepare the sauce. Add sour cream, Sriracha sauce, cilantro and lime juice into a bowl. Mix until well combined and set aside.
- Warm the tortillas to soften.
- Once the shrimp is cooked, it is time to build your tacos! Place shrimp and chopped vegetables on each tortilla. Drizzle with the sauce.
- Top with a wedge of lime to serve.
