- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a large bowl, mix sour cream, Green Chili Spice Blend, salsa, cream of chicken soup, onion and chili beans.
- Layer the bottom of a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with a third of the tortilla strips.
- Top with a third of the chicken, a third of the sour cream mixture, and a third of the cheddar cheese.
- Repeat layering until finished.
- Bake in the preheated oven 20 to 30 minutes, until golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes.
