Ingredients

  • 1 Tin Women’s Bean Project Green Chili Spice Blend
  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cooked and shredded
  • 1 16 oz. container sour cream
  • 1 16 oz. jar salsa
  • 1 10 oz. can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 8 oz. can chili beans, drained
  • 6 12-inch flour tortillas, cut into strips
  • 1/4 cup white onion, diced
  • 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix sour cream, Green Chili Spice Blend, salsa, cream of chicken soup, onion and chili beans.
  3. Layer the bottom of a 9”x13” baking dish with a third of the tortilla strips.
  4. Top with a third of the chicken, a third of the sour cream mixture, and a third of the cheddar cheese.
  5. Repeat layering until finished.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven 20-30 minutes, until golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes.
