  • 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 can (16 ounces) of artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 packs (32 ounces) of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon WBP Green Chili Spice Blend
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt

These mini green chili spinach artichoke cups are a great twist on the classic spinach artichoke dip for your next party.

  1. Arrange phyllo cups in mini muffin tins.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until well blended.
  3. Divide mixture evenly among the cups.
