Smoky Tomato Bruschetta Chip

Mix olive oil and spices together. Arrange tomatoes, cut side up, on baking sheet. Spoon oil mixture over tomatoes. Bake until tomatoes are partially shriveled at 300 degrees for 15-20 minutes. To serve, cut basil and lay chips out on serving platter. Top with ricotta, tomato mixture and fresh basil.
