What you’ll need: contents of box, 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes, 1 diced onion, 1 diced bell pepper, 2 cloves minced garlic and 1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil. Optional: 1 lb. turkey or ground beef. Remove spice packet and soak (12 hours) or microwave (15 min) beans in water. Follow cooking instructions on box. 7 servings per package. Also great in an Instant Pot® or slow cooker.
