  • 1 package Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookie Mix (contains brown and white sugar packet, flour, oatmeal packet and chocolate chip packet)
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1 egg

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cream a stick of softened butter with a the sugar packet.
  3. Add one egg to the butter and sugar and mix well.
  4. Gradually combine the flour and oatmeal packet into wet mixture until dough forms.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips.
  6. Roll or drop tablespoon size portions on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  7. Bake 10-12 minutes or until slightly brown.
  8. Baking times may vary.
  9. Let sit on cookie sheet for about a minute then transfer to a cooling rack.
